Does B2B marketing have a bit of an image problem? While B2C marketing is increasingly using emotion to build relationships with audiences, B2B is still dominated by rational, functional (and cold) messaging. And everyone seems to be saying the same thing!

We know it’s difficult for customers to build engagement and rapport with a faceless corporation. Business is never done by corporations, instead it’s though the teams and individuals within them. We’ve heard the adage “people buy from people.” – so how can we humanise B2B brands to make a personal connection?
